Welcome to ‘W Circle’, the new lifestyle Membership of Hotel Ramada Plaza Lucknow/ Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Centre. Membership of the ‘W Circle’ entitles the cardholder to the following benefits at any restaurant and bar of ,Ramada Plaza Lucknow/ Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Centre and participating Hotels & Resorts in India.

Dining Reduction on Food
  • 50% Reduction on the total food bill when 2 persons dine.
  • 33% Reduction on the total food bill when 3 persons dine.
  • 25% Reduction on the total food bill when 4 persons dine.
  • 20% Reduction on the total food bill when 5 - 14 persons dine.
  • 20% Reduction on the total food bill when the member dines alone.
  • 20% Reduction on availing Room Service while staying in the hotel (TRANSFERABLE BENEFIT).
BEVERAGE DISCOUNT
  • 30% Reduction on all Beverages at all restaurants & bar of the hotel for 1 - 14 persons (Alcoholic or Non – alcoholic, Excluding Happy Hours)
  • HAPPY HOURS – Monday to Sunday: Members are entitled to a happy hours i.e. buy any drink and get the same drink complimentary at the bar for member and their guests between 12pm to 9pm (Valid on all applicable brands & beer, Membership Card holder can either use the card discounts or the Happy Hours benefit on the beverage bill)

    • One (1) certificate entitling the bearer to a early check in any participating hotel when paid at the club rate i.e. 20% discount on rack room rate of a any category of room at any participating hotels and resorts in India (Transferable, Valid any day of the week, Subject to availability, Prior reservation through the club office, Valid only at participating hotels in India & refer to participating hotel list)

Club membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership. Primary Membership fee for “W Circle” is INR 10,000.00 including GST @ 18.00%

GENERAL CONDITIONS
  1. Primary Membership fee for “W Circle” is INR 10,000.00 including GST @ 18.00%.
  2. The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
  3. The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card. Membership card is non-transferable.
  4. Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  5. Lost membership card can be re- issued via a written communication to the Club manager & will be replaced at a fee of INR 590/-. The membership card can be replaced only once during the entire year.
  6. If any certificate is intended to be used by any person other than the card member, it shall at the discretion of the hotel’s management.
  7. Presentation of The Programme Membership Card is imperative for availing the Reductions under the programme.
  8. Nature of the service will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  9. Ramada Plaza Lucknow/ Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Centre reserves the right to not offer the certificate/ card benefits during any special promotion, event or Food festival. Full Membership benefits will not be available on Christmas, Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day and New Year Eve celebrations at the hotel.

  1. Room bookings must be made through the ‘W Circle’ Member’s Help Desk. Any reservation given on the reception directly will not be entertained. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for any Reduction.
  2. Rooms are subject to club allocation, availability, prior reservations through the club office and taxes as applicable shall be extra.
  3. Complimentary room night stay certificate enclosed in the membership pack is valid for use at the specified hotel only and is for one time use only and has to be utilized in full. Taxes if applicable shall be extra.

DINING CONDITIONS
  1. Outside eatables and drinks not allowed while dining at the Hotel.
  2. The Reduction can only be redeemed on the total food & beverage bill as mentioned and only one card can be presented per table/ party.
  3. The Hotel’s management has the right to increase Buffet/ À la carte pricing at their own discretion.
CERTIFICATE CONDITIONS
  1. All certificates can be used only at the Ramada Plaza Lucknow/ Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Centre with Prior Reservation.
  2. In the event that the certificates are lost, they cannot be replaced. Money will not be refunded in such a case.
  3. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  4. The benefits as given in the gift certificates are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate.
  5. Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated.
